Needs more 1kk bots

Hi everyone. I apologize, but my english is really bad.
I need to create over 1,000,000 network bots to perform various tasks.
Who can implement this?
The main problem is finding such a large number of IP addresses, since each bot must be unique on the network.

forget it no one can assign you those amount of proxies if someone saying they can its impossible better take a look at proxies sellers in the marketplace and rent from them.. managing proxies etc isn't easy job moreover finding some DC that can assign you that amount of ips is impossible
