Needing Rules Template on Warez Site

Does anyone have a template or example of rules that a user must agree to? I have a vBulletin forum that is going to have "shares" on it. None of the files will be hosting on our site, just links to files (via RapidShare, MegaUpload, ect). Basically just rules to keep us out of trouble. Here is what I have so far:


Is there a "special" line I need to include to be safe?

a warez site without sharing any files? lol?

Giving a link to a file is still sharing.

You can't get in trouble for a link. It is just text. The file is on another server. This is how a lot of sites are able to not get in trouble. Why do you think BHW isn't in trouble with all the shares and posts here? The shared files are not on the BHW server.
