hello I was thinking of opening up another Instagram page but wasn't quite sure on what to make it. Would be very interested in maybe getting with someone and talking about good niches for Instagram .

Why would you need a partner to open and run an Instagram profile? It's easy to manage it by yourself.
And good niche would be fashion, if you ask me. Top fashion-based Instagrammers earn 5k-10k per commercial post they make for companies, etc.

They definitely do not make that much per post...

That's not easy to achieve, you'll have to dedicate yourself to it.
