Paying $300 total. paying half up front, half when its done.
You must know stuff in the direction of offshore accounts, payment gateways, coding knowledge, blackhat seo tactics etc.
Of course im running the business but we need help from some experts, for our niche website. I hired someone a few months back who completely dropped the ball and never delivered the service.
Long story short i created a dispute thread on them and it didn't end up in their favor.
