For warming up new Twitter accounts, mobile proxies are usually the safest. They rotate naturally and look more like real users, so accounts survive longer. If it’s just testing, you can also try dynamic residential, but for long term I’d stick with mobile.

Objection, this is a recipe for disaster, there is much more to this than people want to believe. Rotating or sticky, where does a rotating round lead you, what after session interruption? You cant just have accounts have 15 IPs and 10 different machine, you need consistent fingerprints etc.
Since an anti detect browser is mandatory these days, it is not the wisest thing to emulate mobile phones from a laptop.
Now I had been looking for month to find a decent proxy, but I am not sure I can share that here without it being labelled marketing, maybe someone else can chime in

Mobile proxies are going to be your best bet- second best would be residential proxies. I assume you're doing text-based activity on twitter, so hopefuly the bandwidth usage isnt' too high and residential proxies are economical. If you need proxies for higher bandwidth applications on twitter, then ISP proxies may also work well. Twitter is also opening up API access from what I heard, including webhook access.
