I did a lot of views and ratings for a guy who screwed me on the bill and now i would like to pay someone to get his account suspended, I know there are pros at this out there so pm me a price.

As stupid as this is going to sound, why not attempt to get him more views? If you make it obvious (don't rotate IPs that often) or constantly spam comments I've heard you can get banned for that. Other than that, I'm not sure what you can do.
