Needed - skilled Photoshopper - photoshop editor

I am looking for someone with high skills in photoshop for pictures editing. also to remove text that is right in the center of the picture.
In order to follow hire a freelancer rules the price i am offering for the job is 10$ however this is to be discussed further once we can establish if one is able to do the job.
