Needed: SEO Freelancer - 30 Minutes Per Day / 6 months

My Keyword: Craigslist Ad Design
My problem: Since October by site has dropped off the face of the earth.
My Need: I design ads for Craigslist. I need a SEO freelancer who is looking to make some money to develop a plan of attack and then address this problem every day, for a short amount of time. This means maybe creating 2-3 backlinks every day or doing what needs to be done to remove poor backlinks that exist, etc.

I'm looking someone to handle this for about 6 months and see where we get. My budget isn't huge -- but I don't expect you to work for free.
