[NEEDED]Facebook ID Grabber and Inviter/Bot

Hi,

I need a Bot that can grab/scrap ID's from other groups or fan page on facebook and then invite them to a group/event on your own choice.

In other word,I'm looking for a bot that can grab any facebook user ID from any fanpage/group And will invite them to an invitation.

Do you have the bot/software already?Can you create it?
