Needed: Experienced Mass Email "Spammer"

I compiled a large (150k+) and updated email list of people who have not given direct authorization to be emailed, but they would be interested considering the FB groups they are members of. There should be very little spam reporting.

I need help from an experienced email spammer to send out these emails so our domain is not banned (URL redirects within email and sender is from a different domain). I need you to be outside of the U.S.

Compensation will be competitive if the job is done well.
