I was SELLING Bing Ads accounts, but now I myself am having issues creating accounts !!!The moment I add card, account gets banned in few minutes, so I guess my card (bin) has been flagged and until I resolve this, I need to BUY Bing Ads account, but these will be for MY OWN use (my campaigns)I need with some impressions (running campaign), with coupon loaded and with good VPN or VPS for it's usageI can pay with Paypal, PerfectMoneyIf you are in India, then I can pay by netbanking.
