Why not just purchase the views? Facebook also has groups for traffic exchange as well.

I'd purchase the views from a quality SMM panel instead. Those traffic exchange websites are bad news because all the views come from same IPs with predictable engagement.

What is your goal exactly? Do you just need 1,000 views with 1 second engagement that somehow stick?

It's probably better to ask how you can accomplish your end goal instead of asking how you can get views using old school methods that haven't really worked well in 5 years. Sure, view exchanges still work unless you care about ranking tags or having any kind of noticeable engagement.
