Need youtube SEO expert PAYING

Need youtube SEO expert, I need my video tags ranked high in the search so I am the first video / one of the first people see, tags are fairly niche I have gotten to #1-3 in search results just by view botting but it's inconsistent. I need someone who knows how to do this and it has to take effect very fast. Paying crypto for this, I will pay first if you have high feedback but if not I will likely want to see results first.
Needs to be ranked higher ASAP I am not interested in something that takes multiple days, it can be inorganic methods as long as the result is higher ranking.
