If you are buying traffic to lower your CTR than that place has worked for me. But if you expect to make any money from buying traffic then that will never happen. Unless its adwords or something.

yeah same here, i've bought traffic from them. they send the hits... not 100% will hit your site counter but it will lower your CTR. it will NOT convert. also there's someone on this forum that runs uggicorp.com it doesn't look like much but i get all the traffic i order with them. again, for junk traffic purposes only.
