I hired a sales copy writer from here once, he was bit expensive but he delivered an high converting one. And that copy made 500+ sales and it is still actively converting.
The point is people here are for money on both sides (Thats what I feel).
If you are a freelancer, offer something that will help someone make more money (does not have to be directly, think like; What I am offering is going to make you more money in your process).
If one is a buyer, they are looking for product/services that will make them more money.
I think with that mindset you can offer your skills and that will attract some serious clients.
