Need your professionell advice at buying aged domain

Hello all,

i want to buy an aged domain with good years in the past, but up to now the webpage wasn`t maintained the last 2 years. Only publishing guest posts...

Some facts which i can figure out:

1,3k kw, Domain Score: 23, traffic drop from 6k January to 300 visitors in december, around 600 backlinks, 6k indexed pages

Income: Adsense 200 bucks per year, although i think this is an old value.
Guest posts ~ 200 bucks/months

And the biggest thing the webpage have no SSL-certificate, which i think is the main reason of the fast decline.

The price is 2k $.

Is it quite difficult to install SSL afterwards? Do i have to update manually each posts? Do you think the traffic will increase immediately? Do you think the price is cheap?

You can use a plugin like Really Simple SSL to handle the SSL aspect.

I doubt the traffic drop was so great due to not having an SSL though.

Maybe you should investigate on why has the traffic dropped? Sounds weird...
