Right now I'm working on the design of my blog/niche sites, I saw that Genesis framework is popular and people said that it has nice CPC rate so I decided to use it.

Right now I have doubts about picking the style of front page. I am not sure if I should be using static homepage with ~800 word content or I should be displaying Last posts there, like a real blog.
I will build one Authority site to get approved for Adsense. I am planning to add 4-link-ads behind first post on the Homepage.
I'm also thinking to add two-three (depending on how many can I have) Display(or text) ads: one in the header, Leaderboard and others at right side-bar.
I also have one question: I downloaded Genesis framework theme from a BHW user and right now I'm wondering if I'm allowed to use it on my public sites, since I know that it is a premium theme. Also, am I allowed to remove the extra stuffs from footer (wordpress and genesis copyright).
