Need your opinion on HostWinds

We just now are in the process of switching over to them. I hope we don't regret it. So far, they promised us one thing in writing, even charged us for it, but then they claim there was a misunderstanding. I am hoping they are going to be able to fix it today. I sent a Skype message to Peter and no response as of yet. I am getting a little concerned. I saved the paper trail just in case Peter needs to see it.

So Peter is doing me solid. Initial misunderstanding between us due to miscommunication. Appear he follows the Nieman Marcus Moto - We want to make you happy.

He is certainly on the right track with the way he took care of us today. Pleased with his responsiveness and his willingness to help. Keep it up Peter. Thanks man.

They are faster than HG. the response time was way better than HG. But be warned when going into the reseller accounts, ask your very specific questions. you may need to double check your IP address requirements and make sure they are available to you from HW. I liked the speed very much and the techs, did not like the IP address situation.
