I run an infographic site and now I started a rafflecopter giveaway. I promote the giveaway via various channels like social networks, blog communities but there are still few entries. The niche is specific so I cannot promote the raffle everywhere.
Any good ideas are greatly appreciated.

How about purchasing a targeted email list and then doing an email blast? Just a thought...

It's really good to advert that kind of things, especially because you can choose ad's target.
 
Fb fanpage with people in your niche and links to your site is the best for you. Cause you will have permanemt fans all connected to your niche.

You could try social networking and media space on forums or related websites in the same niche.

I would just scrape my own data from forums or buy the data and mail out emails to people about the promotion to
a splash page where you can get more info from them.

It's good idea to get back to the square one.. whether your niches has big enough market, or do this market willing to spend any money?
If the answer is yes, then it's good to look into your landing page design whether you have put a compelling offers to your audience? Have you done split test (using different landing pages)? Test & test until you find the right formula. Persistence & patience + right strategy are the keys to success.
 
I spent some money on fiverr gigs for giveaway promotion and then the traffic to my contest snowballed.
 
Try facebook ads! They can do wonders if done correctly!
