Reddit is a good social media to marketings & convey traffic to our contents. But it's difficult to make some followers. What's your strategy in order to get more followers in Reddit?

Depends - if you are on Only Fans model then it's easy to get followers, if not then it's really hard to be honest.
Reddit users aren't like your other social media people - they don't follow other users but rather read posts and then upvote or downvote you and usually insult your post and write "acthuallllyyyyy".

You should crosspost in multiple subreddits.

Actually @RoiBox explained to me yesterday that it's necessary to crosspost as much as possible. You will earn faster like that than eveything else.

Also, if a lot of people pm you, the algo will think you are valuable. You should reply to them.

I usually follow people which looks they are experts in a given field I'm interested.

Those accounts gained reputation by sharing insightful posts in niched subreddits.

Most of the time, the only way you see promotion is on their profile page which is optimized to convert (with info/branding and a link for what they offer).

If by followers you meant subreddit members, then crossposting is the way to go, like most marketers suggest.
