No you dont need help. GO and read Adsense's TOS. I'm sure you will find the answer.

i actually just registered with cpalead but dont know anything about if you can use adsense there
i found this though google.com/adsense/terms i would be careful with google and adsense ive heard some stories about them being strict

However I think that's not a good idea. Because you will use two ways to earn money on the same site, better to stick with one of those two.

Just test few days with adsense and few days with Content locker , see which one is more profitable and just stick to it .
