hey there,

can someone help me understand how do i buy other coins than bitcoin?
ripple?
iota?
etherum?
litecoin?

i am not a a usa citizen, i just dont manage to buy these.

use exchange trade like poloniex or cex io or anything you trust .
its easy . like buying a thing from marketplace .set price and buy .

Bitstamp,hitbtc,coinbase(despite recent troubles). You need to verify your identity and you'll be good to go! Hope this helped.

Buy Bitcoin at localbitcoins.com then send them to bittrex or some other reputable site and exchange them for anything else listed there.
