to make it indexed fast by the SE?
please recommend me some good ways to promote or where to

links, links, and more links. start with social bookmarking and move from there. there are a billion threads here about other ways to get links to your site to get it indexed and ranking.

Fastest way I have found to get crawled is Reddit. I've had sites crawled within 3 or 4 hours by Google, MSN and Yahoo after a Reddit post.
