    Hi all,

Am in need of some help!
I am trying to start yet another fiverr clone site but mainly for seo type services, I have the site live fiverrsix dot com (I know rubbish name lol) I just need to spread the word and get people listing on there and thought here would be a great place to start! ;)
Recently lost my job so not really got any spare cash to spend on marketing etc so was looking for help and ideas? or if nothing else put a listing on there!
I have started link building but as you know its a slow process or at lease it is for me lol.
I think I m going to change the categories on there to just related SEO services what do you think?

    Many Thanks

This type of thing is difficult to get running without spare cash for marketing, especially given that it lacks novelty of the original fiverr and the fact that many clones have popped up. Sellers don't post on lackluster sites, nor do buyers purchase from them.

I saw a guy on the Warrior forum who's got a WSO for a fiverr clone that he's trying to promote. To entice people to sign up to it, he's giving away a free gig worth $5 (you choose one from those listed on his clone site). To fulfill these free gigs, he must either be paying the sellers out of his own pocket, or he is running all the gigs himself and giving the service away for free to those users. Either way it is not cheap, monetarily nor resource-wise.

Oh hey this thread again, what happened to the last one?

It really is a bad idea to have "fiverr" in the url of a fiverr clone site.

Why not fiveORsix? or fiveORsomething? Or something with "rr" at the end of the domain name?

I'm no expert but if I were you I'd try to get the word out here and digital point and then place ads on all sorts of free classifieds ie backpage, cl, etc cuz you never know where you will find people who need it Best of luck.
