Need your feedback

Hi guys,

I'm thinking about building a new business and I've done some research regarding my competition, but I'm looking to get some feedback from you also

My idea is to sell wordpress sites (I know it's not something new, but please bare with me). Instead of paying a lot of money for a custom-made wp site, you can pay a lot less by going with an existing theme (themes from elegantthemes, free of charge, or anything from themeforest at 50% discount). You buy the domain and then we would offer hosting, installing and setting up the theme, adding all the necessary plugins, doing on-page seo optimisation, link it with google analytics, webmaster tools, social media channels, authorship and the list can go on.

Here are my questions: How much would you pay for all the above, theme+plugins+seo+google+social? And how much would you pay for a monthly administration fee that would include on-page optimisation for a limited number of articles, setting up other plugins, changing categories, stuff like that?

I know that some of you wouldn't pay anything for the above as you know how to do everything yourself, but not everybody can do that

NP, the great thing about selling an 'all in one' package is that there's a lot of scope to upsell. E.g. Additional youtube/instagram channels and moderation of social mentions they may get.
