Hello All,

Need your help and experience with Amazon.com affiliate, I have a valid URL given but the site doesn't have any content but due to my email campaign I got 80 sales in one day, and now after 80 sales they have disapproved my application.

Could you please guide me what I can do here and If I create a new one if they disapprove again after more sales?

Is there any TOS like G-ad-sense to have a copyright and terms and conditions page?

Please advice!!

HERE IS THE MAIL I GOT FROM AMAZON.COM

I have used Google url shortner for email campaign

You should actually have a somewhat decent site!

Make sure the site has a few decent articles, slap on the necessary pages like TOS and Disclaimer and MAKE SURE you add the required Amazon Associates Disclaimer.

I guess you should try to mention that may include affiliate links in emails as well, not sure if that's necessary.

After that, you should be good to run your email campaign.

Thank you Davain for your quick reply

I will add these necessary pages now to my site.

How to avoid ban on email campaign?

Your application wasn't rejected because you promoted your amazon links using an email campaign. Just build out your site and resubmit your application.

Like those guys said, just built up a decent site with a handful of decent articles and you should be good. I've done almost the same thing with success, the only difference being a site with good content.
