Hello Guys,I am a website owner, and always write high quality articles on my website regularly.
Recently I found some guys to do guest posts, but one question I am quite confused...
Is there anybody can advise below?
Is it good to submit guest posts that is 100% same as the articles that already been published on my website?
Will this helpful to my SEO works or harmful?
Thank you in advance, looking forward to your advise.

If you write "high-quality articles" on your site, which is good of course. But, will you be willing to accept articles that are found in multiple places (websites) on your site?

So, do you mean that my post been published on guest posts is good, right?Problem is that nobody would accept this kind of orders because this is harmfl to their post sites, right?

Why don't use the tools which can help you to create a dozen of different by content articles based on your original one using synonyms and other methods.

it might not hurt your website, but no webmaster will accept your article because it doesn't offer them exclusivity
This ^ and if they find you have offered them copied content, they'd probably block you going forward.

Don't post already used content. It will hurt and drop your site. Focus mainly on good high quality content.
Otherwise make use copyright. And also Don't try use tools which for spinning your old content.

Never use copied content for guest post, always go for unique and quality content

Hello. Always use New and fresh article.
Thanks

Use fresh content only (you can only use your content if it is translated into another language (with little changes) My colleagues did some experiments. They took articles from the top google results. They translated them into another language and these articles got to the top in another GEO.

No, it’s a bad idea to submit an article that you've already published on your site.

A lot of people would say that's “syndication,” but depending on your niche, you might actually be doing your website more harm than good.

You have to understand that syndication—which is basically just republishing content found on other websites—makes the most sense for news-type websites.

Let me repeat that: syndication makes the most sense in news-type websites.

Now, if the bulk of your content involves tutorials, how-tos, or other informational-type materials, do not publish duplicate content.

You're just going to be shooting yourself in the foot.

You have to understand that if you want to boost the quality of your backlink profile, you're going to have to invest time, effort, and money or energy in original content—there are no two ways about it.

On the other hand, if you have a news-type website, and you just want to get a lot of backlinks, then you should try republishing your materials.

Depending on the type of sites that you are hitting up, they may not have a problem with it, if they are news sites.

Other than that, I wouldn't advise it.

The good news is creating fresh, niche-specific, highly engaging content is pretty straightforward.

You said you already produce your own content, so do more of it, but for guest posts.

Always only fresh content. It's not good for your site, and also, they wouldn't want to post duplicate content either.

it's strange that someone is ready to publish non-exclusive content

No, try to use fresh content always. High-quality content is always better while coming to Guest posts.
