Hi there,

A friend gave me access to his IPTV server panel and a basic WordPress site for selling subscriptions.
Is it possible to automate account creation and email delivery after purchase? If not, what’s the simplest way to get notified when a sale happened(email/Telegram), track customers, and send renewal reminders?

WHMCS feels too complex for me. Appreciate any advice—thanks!

Hey, WHMCS is actually a breeze. Just take some time and go through the sections and settings.

Do know that when you link your IPTV panel with WHMCS using API connection:

1- All account setup and purchases are processed automatically.
2- You can define specific types of accounts - like free trials to be delivered on certain conditions
3- you can install Plugins on whmcs to stop people from abusing the free trial
4- best of all, you can manage support tickets and whole whmcs on a browser on your mobile phone, you're gonna love it.

Once you set it up, you wont need to touch anything else.

Is the panel already linked to the WHMCS using API connection?
What do you have problem with? ask away, I will help you.

Hey Brother,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I’ve only used WHMCS as a customer before, and honestly, it felt a bit overcomplicated. Asking for stuff like address or postal code just to buy hosting didn’t make sense — an email and maybe a Telegram ID should be enough.

The monthly fee is another issue. When you're just starting out with no sales and lots of expenses, it’s a tough extra cost.

That’s why I’ve been looking for simpler tools — something that auto-sends account info and a reminder email before renewal.

Also, most people prefer support via Telegram or WhatsApp these days. It's less convenient for us, but we have to go where the customers are.

It can be removed from the registration page if you know how to edit the page code, or you can just hire a coder to do this or make it optional.

You can use a one-time $50 null version.

Waste of time my friend, you need a proper system like WHMCS to queue all clients' requests. If you get busier and grow bigger, you will/can add support agents and assign tickets to the right agent to handle it. WHMCS is the way to go for sure.

Thank you brother,

Have you had the experience of working with the null version? How was/is it compared to the paid version considering my scale?

just one thing, in the reseller panel I have access to, I don't see any API like section to use it for WHMCS integration; how can I check to make sure that I can connect it to the panel. I am a reseller not the server owner and I just have full access to my cpanel and my wordpress website.

Works like a charm. I actually hired a team to do this for me few years ago and do asked them for few custom work to tweak/tune my whmcs. Very very very happy with it. The fact that I can go to a party and handle my client's request on my cellphone is a life saver :)

As you may know, almost all panels have the same core features due to the fact that the picked up the Xtream Codes work and proceed with developing it. Reseller API is one of those features. Which IPTV panel are you using? you can ask your server panel owner to provide you with API Token and then you can use that (or provide that to the coding person/team) to link and set up http calls on your WHMCS.

If that coder person or team have good experience in this, they should know what to do with the:

- User/pass of your reseller account
- Server address of the panel
- API token

But if not, Your server owner should provide you with an example of the codes so you provide that to the coding team.

All is done once and forever.

I am doing my best to get you into this :) believe me you'll be happy with the results.

Brother,
I truly appreciate your insights and valuable information.

Would you mind sharing the contact details or website of the person/team who set up the nulled WHMCS for you?

So just to confirm—after someone sets it up for me, all I have to do is connect it to my WordPress and a cloaked PayPal business account, right? From that point on, the whole process is 100% automated? Meaning:
– A customer visits the site, makes a payment,
– They automatically receive their subscription info via email,
– They get access to their account panel on our WHMCS (hosted on our cPanel),
– They can open support tickets if needed, and
– The system will automatically send them email reminders a few days before their subscription is due for renewal?

Yes and yes, thats how the whole IPTV market is handling their clients, whether reseller or end-users.

I am not sure whether it is okay to share 3rd party details on BHW. If you can, DM me and I will share it there, you can decide whether you want to go with them or not.

Great bro,
I sent you a DM

After setting up the site, based on your experience, how long dose our cloaked paypal last? I heard that sooner or later, paypal will find out and would freeze the account! Also, I heard, advertising on google is not a good idea nowadays and it is like burning money! since google algorithms get flagged seeing any IPTV related content!

Based on your experience, excluding crypto gateway, what is the best headache free way to receive money and advertising in this business?

Thats a bitter truth, for sure that will happen one day.

Also true, I remember before October 2024, you could easily submit a counter notice to any DMCA complaint on google and get your links back on web search index in 2 weeks. Now google only rejects your counter notices.

Best to find good forums and put some banners on.
