Money wise, 15 pro max. There’s nothing wrong with buying one gen older phone. IMHO 15 pro max gives you better value for money.

I personally would evaluate these criteria:
- if I only need normal needs, I will choose 15prm
- if I need to meet a partner and everything is of high value, I will choose 16prm
if you are hesitant about both, I think you should wait a while to see if the new 16prm has many problems because usually new ip products often have errors.
