Need Xrumer or Scrapebox Pro for JV

Hey,

I want to set up a JV with a proven marketer who has Xrumer or Scrapebox and knows how to use them effectively.

My company produces an herbal incense product. The website is at http://www.imperialsmokes.com.

What I would like to do is set up a completely separate domain name for tracking purposes and have my partner do the marketing work for the site. I will provide the product, domain name, hosting, logistics(shipping, inventory management, etc.). All my partner needs to do is market the hell out of it and drive traffic.

The marketer would get 35% of total revenue. The break down of revenue is as follows:
Cost of product, shipping, overhead - 30%
Marketer - 35%
My company - 35%

So we are essentially splitting the profits of the venture.

Partnership would last as long as the website is up and generating traffic.

Hey iseegreen. Thanks for adding nothing to the thread. You obviously are not familiar with the product. Many people are though. The product does sell quite well and it's popularity is booming. I am just looking to add another revenue stream.
