Update: I already chatted with OP on Skype. You'll surely want to ask some questions to get a crystal-clear understanding of the OP's requirements. But before you throw your questions, make sure you ask if it's fine with the OP to ask probing questions before you ask. OP doesn't seem to like a provider who shows genuine interest in knowing and understanding his requirements by asking probing questions. I didn't get the project because I asked questions (3 to 4).
