As the title states, I am in need of a simple but professional looking WP site designed for my local offline business. I'd like to chat with some folks about the ideas I have for the site and to get an idea about what something like that would cost.

Anyone on here should be able to help you bud, but there is honestly enough info to do it for free yourself and just spend a little on hosting.

You only need a design or...? Because i can help you out find some good WP theme. If you need only a design keep in mind that some one will have to code that and that is expensive

It is better to choice a good wordpress theme for your work. There are many free and paid themes. You may also use any WP designer for designing your wordpress site. Many theme also gives the opportunity to customize design.
