Need WP theme Modified.

Need a simple wordpress theme modified.

All i am looking for is for a header image to be inserted and the size of the categories text increased. I will send you the theme and image and then you can make modifications.

Probably easy job for someone so looking to pay $10. Or otherwise let me know your price.
