Need - WP theme for customer/consumer/scam review site

As the title suggest I need a theme for a site where visitors can create reviews themselves. Googled for a few hours but without success.

Everyone is offerening review themes where owner/editors/authors can add content, but nothing for scam alert sites.

I need smth. simple like - insiderpages.com/s/CA/SanFrancisco/AutomotiveRepair

You would need to create that using a frontend submission plugin and then structure the custom posts how you would like... by city, state + category... I would take one of those review themes and then try to modify them.

you can use gravity forms and pay for the single license or find a nulled... i always pay for the license as these plugins are always updating... you can use gravity forms to create posts or custom post types and you can even accept payment and utilize the conditional logic with "if this then that" so if they select a specific category it can ask specific questions.
