Hello

I'm looking for wordpress plugin where i will post image like below. User will answer in comments section.

There should a button "Click here for Answer". Is there any plugin available. Please help

yeah thats just a basic quiz plugin.
theres a few that i used to use that do this but pretty sure any will do
