Need worpress theme with custom header and logo

Im looking for somebody to design me a simple wordpress site with a custom header and logo. Doesn't need to be a custom theme from scratch so all you need to do is the header/logo/colour scheme bit.

There are plenty of themes that have the option to edit header and logo (especially logo). But if you want it on a specific theme, then good luck finding a freelancer. You should've posted the amount of $$ for this job.
