Per Member Payout Program Rules

1. Your participation in this program is governed by the Medley Affiliate Network Agreement ("Agreement"). All capitalized terms not defined in these Program Rules shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. These rules are subject to change.

2. For purposes of the Per Member Payout program, the following definitions apply:

(a) "Member" means a person who has successfully completed the registration process, whose email address has been confirmed and whose profile has been approved. A paid Member is a person who has upgraded to a Gold or Silver level membership; and

(b) "Unique" means single, non-recurring, IP address used on a given day.


3. You must maintain the traffic ratios of at least 1 Member for every 20 Uniques and 1 paying Member for every 25 free Members. If you do not meet both these minimums, your traffic will be automatically converted to our percentage payout plan.

4.
