I've got a handful of projects in the middle of being worked on or that need to be started and finished asap. Majority of work is just taking premium wordpress theme and applying clients content so it looks like a finished site, sometimes creating products/checkout (but most sites are info based) Just need to make sure site is complete (contact forms pointing where they need to etc, sites transferred to client host/domain) Use nice stock photos, know what a good finished site looks like and how to apply content to existing theme demos (make sure no demo content remains)
I'm looking to deal with one person only, that person can then manage their team.
The main concern is the wordpress work, but if u can handle that smoothly there are other things I will start to send your way. I usually outsource all this stuff for $10-$20 per site so u will need to match those prices going forward.
There are about 5-6 sites that need final fixes/transfers done
and 3-4 sites that need to be started and wrapped in the next few days.
I'm willing to part w/ $200 or so right now to get these done ASAP.
U must have team, one person can't get all this stuff done in 12-15hrs w/o burning themselves out, u will likely need at least 3 ppl. Biz is growing I need to focus 100% on just advertising and I need to put the client management/design in trusted hands (I can handle client management if need be as long as u can handle all the designs in a timely manner)
Had a VA previously but didn't work out as they weren't equipped to manage/hire ppl on fiverr (kinda wasted my $$$ as I ended up having to do a good amount of stuff myself still, but she did try her best and had to deal w/ some stuff that she wasn't expecting)

New projects come in every day or 2 so I need a team that can get on w/ whats currently on the table and take care of everything going forward from there. Wouldn't have a problem upping the price per site a bit once current slate is caught up with.
Its really not as much work as it may sound like. 1 person could likely get everything done within 48hrs but for times sake and for keeping things smooth 2-3 ppl working at once is most likely what is needed.
