Basically I am looking for designer who can work with css, php, wordpress, and photoshop.
The main job is to redesign and existing header, footer, and background of wordpress blog/themes.
I will give you an example. This is a basic woo theme gazzete:

And the designer redesigned it into this:
http://tribaltattoopictures.net/
You see that the header, footer, and background are redesigned and customized.
I would like to know your portfolio too if you interested to do this.
