Need wordpress plugin

I need a wordpress plugin that does the following:

- scrapes all the listings from a real estate site (not wordpress)
- posts them automatically in my sites as posts divided in categories.
- update automatically with new listings and delete listings that are removed from the real estate site

I don't care if you can modify a plugin that already exists or make one from scratch.

Can anyone do this?
