Just throwing this out there for anyone reading, all you need to do is get hosts with phpmyadmin so you can import the .sql wp database, keep the wp-config file the same (assuming all hosts have the database at localhost) and you're golden. Even on different servers it wouldn't take more then 10 minutes per install.
