Need wordpress installation configured

I have the theme I want to use and is already installed but I need someone to remove the header errors and basically just set the site up so I can place content on the pages . Some custom tweaks might be required depending on what I can squeeze out of the theme in its current state.

A logo design would also be needed so if you can do both that would be awesome.
