There is no other way but to code in a CSS menu in the theme files.

You'll have to enqueue the new CSS files properly or add it to your existing styles.

Then you will have add the HTML code in quite possibly the header.php, while adding the proper PHP code from wordpress so as to ensure it works with Wordpress.

Post this, you will have to make adjustments to your CSS so that it works with your current theme.

If you're not good at it, your best bet is to hire someone competent to do it for you.

You can use certain plugins that are available in the WP Repository, but they don't work with all themes.

You can't able to make code on menu in wp themes.
It already pre-built code according to their theme.
You can able to change the color and hover for the menu using css.
But can't able to use HTML 5 and css 3 menu in wordpress.
The best way is to hire the designers to do it.

Pay someone to do it for you.

Money has a wonderful habit of solving problems when you use it right.

Hmm we can try but whats the exact need you are going for the HTML5 and css3 in the menu.
Is there any additional use of that menu.
Instead of using those installed theme menu.

Well This is the reason [IMG][img=https://s32.postimg.org/xuhix3hwx/Animated_Horizontal_dropdown_menu.png] the menu slides to the right as you go down and when hovered it changes color .This is the html code of the menu [img=https://s32.postimg.org/95sw3sybl/Animated_Drop_Down_code.png] i want to use the menu with a free wordpress the such as the supermag wordpress theme http://justfreethemes.com/supermag/.

Do not ever change your actual theme files. Always use a child theme for changes. If you directly edit the theme files, the next time it's updated all changes will be lost. Do it in a child theme and you only ever have to do it once, no matter how many times the theme is updated
