need somebody who can restore a wordpress site with just the files from cpanel, i do not have the sql databases

what does it say when you try this?

cpanel > backup wizard > restore

Call your hosting company and ask them to restore the MySQL... Most companies backup every 24hrs.

i would do that first if depending on who you are hosting with they will restore a backup most of the time free if not free for a low fee.

As far as your files that you have. if you did a full site back up then yes it can be restored. but if all you did was back up the home folder then no. All your data is stored in the data base.
