Need Wordpress Expert for a small project

Hi there,

I am looking for a wordpress expert for a website of mine.

1) Create a network between two sites/themes .
2) Modify some design issues.
3) Make the site multilingual ( I will provide all translations and wordpress plugins )

I currently have the classipress wordpress theme with child theme attached.
I need someone to make two sites connected into one ( for user registration purposes) and fix some sync issues with the site.
