Need WordPress Developer to Fix Quick Problem

Hi,
I am in need of a WordPress developer who can fix two issues I have on my website.

#1 - Resize the width of javascript code to fit the sidebar
#2 - Fix the Background Plugin so I can change the background images and make them clickable, currently no background image is being displayed, possibly related to the CSS file, but not sure
