Need wordpress designer for template modification.

I need a designer that is experienced in wordpress that would be able to modify a template that i am using right now.
it will involve some simple user interactive animation (stars filling in with certain commands) and with some options to be made available in the control panel for me to be able to control as needed. Im looking to get this done as soon as possible.
