Looking for someone to manage the SEO related aspects of the following:
1) Add posts to my whitehat blog site, focusing on a list of relatively low competition phrases. For example, write a post about 'California monkey training' (I will provide phrases and sample competitor sites) One post per day.
2) Use available wordpress plugins to manage titles, tags, categories, etc which meet current Google "standards". Obviously no stuffing, text font tricks, etc
3) Create two Press Releases and an two Articles related to topic per week.For example 'California monkey food now offered on website for sale', etc. Again, I will provide the phrases desired to win.
4) I will submit the press releases/articles through our software but feel free to quote seperately if you like. If you want to do this then we will expect clear reports and tracking on this, we will not just take your word for it =)
5) Social Bookmark/Submit RSS feeds for any of the new posts or PR/Articles as needed
6) Create anchored backlinks from high PR sites when possible or at least a BL when anchors not possible.
All articles should be hand crafted or at least spun to give a very very high passability for uniqueness. Must be readable by real people. This is a white hat site for legit services and are about topics that you probably know about already (SEO, PPC, PR, Link building, etc) and also about some topics that are generally known and widely discussed on the Internet.
The goal is to win the geographic-related term for this phrase. For example, we want to win "California monkey training" and not just "monkey training". All of the phrases are geographic in nature and are for the most part easy to win. I've had press releases dominate some of these and stick for weeks.
You will be provided with a login to post on the blog and can submit the rest of the content via email or some other management tool that you may already use to track client info or projects.
Other suggestions will also be considered if you have some other good SEO methods that will make this blog rank for desired keyphrases. Long term viability is important, and if you think it's too black hat it probably is. Site has a PR-0 with over 200+ backlinks, mostly to the homepage but some internal pages as well. I get legit leads every week from this for my services and want more.
Looking for short term situation (several months) that should transition into a long term relationship, but hey let's get to know each other first. I have a long standing record and experience as a business person in my market. I will also need similar work with client sites as well so the likelihood of future business is great should this workout. I have no problem finding new business and have many new clients each needing work related to this niche.
Give a ball park figure for what you think a monthly budget would be, with as much break down as possible. Price each item seperately and then a total monthly budget, payment options, references. If you are in the states, I can call you on the phone or you can call me and we can discuss.
Again, looking for QUALITY here not quantities of junk spammy posts. I want it to be as if a pro wrote it, not a robot. I can also edit as needed and add my own flavor if needed, no problem with that at all.
