Need Wordpress blog setup/uploaded

Hi I need someone to set up a blog for me. I dont know how to upload the files and get everything. I know it is easy but I just dont have time for it. If someone can upload the files, it is on a godaddy domain and hosting. Upload the stuff so I can just login and begin writing blogs. Let me know if someone can do that, also how much you will charge. Let me know what information you will need from me.
