Can you please suggest a fast theme with good page speed for an SEO agency. I am searching a lot , but I couldn't find anything better than 50+.

themes:
- studiopress themes which are based on the genesis framework are a pretty good way to start e.g. generate press
- astra
- zerif light

pagebuilder:
- elementor
- beaver builder

normally I'm not a big fan of pagebuilders but those are pretty good in terms of pagespeed
